How do I register an account with elita.com?

Click Here or click on My Account at the top of the site to create and account.

 If I register a elita.com account after putting items in my cart, will I lose them?

No. You will not lose any of your items. If you look or click on "YOUR CART" at the top right of the screen, you will see your items.

Are you Made in Canada?

All of the products found at Elita are designed in Canada by women for women. We then work with partners globally that are in compliance with the organization known in the industry as  WRAP – Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production  - this is a very strict program that our partners proudly hold Gold Level certifications. We have also visited these factories to ensure a lasting partnership with our family to theirs.  Our Parent company Stanfield’s still produces over 75% of their products in Canada and our factory continues to employ over 175 people in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada and we do not see that changing any time soon.  

We believe if everyone took the time to know who, as well as how, the products we wear are made , we can ensure a global change for transparency and high level of ethic working environments.

How can I get a product that's out of stock?

We have recently added a notification button on each page that can notify you when an item is back in stock. Or you may be able to find your item at one our our retail partners.

I've lost my password and I can't sign in. What do I do?

Simply click Log In at the top of the page, and select "Forgot your password".
Enter the email address you created your account with and click the submit button. A new password will be created and sent to your email address.
