At Elita, Our customer's satisfaction is very important to our team. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return as outlined below. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We only accept returns from purchases made on www.elita.com

 

Returns & Warranty Policy:

Orders placed and being returned within Canada qualify for free return shipping.  For all other orders, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

1. Sizing & Change-of-Mind Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for sizing issues or change-of-mind.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is inspected and approved.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased directly through our official website are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Examples of covered defects:

  • Seams coming undone prematurely
  • Elastic unraveling or breaking unexpectedly

 

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (fabric thinning, pilling, fading)
  • Damage from misuse, improper care, or alterations
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers

 

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Email our customer care team with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a short description.
  • Claims should be submitted within 1 year of original purchase
  • If approved, we will replace with the same item or issue a store credit if that style is not available, We will cover return shipping for valid manufacturing claims.

 

4. Exclusions

  • Items purchased from third-party resellers or retailers are not covered under this warranty. Please contact the place of purchase directly for their return policy.

Important Notes

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase. (US fluctuations in currency may affect the amount credited if originally purchased in US dollars)

Who Pays For Return Shipping?

For a return or exchange outside of Canada, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.

If you would like to return your purchase, pleaae complete the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.  If you do not have your original packing slip, the order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail.
